Cenk in Oakland a Bart cop was found guilty of killing an armed, handcuffed black man.The black man was shot in the back while the cop was sitting on his back. Did the cop get a lot of jail time? He got 2 to 4 years. Will these cops get a lot of jail time? Now why doesn't Holder go after the two real villains in this case? You know these two - don't you Cenk? They lived in DC, some where around Pennsylvania Ave.

This is all news to me, obviously it wasn't reported in the main stream media.I DID hear of instances where cops shot at looters.Which I can SOMEWHAT agree with. We cant pull this double standard bullshit, "the constitution is not suspended if there is a flood" and expect people NOT get shot/arrested for breaking the law.Now on to THIS story.Honestly, maybe an error in judgment i could forgive, but shooting some one.THEN covering it up. I'm sorry that's not an "error in judgment" ,its Murder.
