There were NO noticeable aircraft in the airspace above my home for 12 years until an SAPD Helicopter deliberately and terroristically flew at and over me in my backyard less than three weeks after the terrorists attacks of September 11, 2001 using aircraft.
A complaint to SAPD Internal Affairs was met with absolute denial of the incident, but there was a confession, then retraction of the confession and aggressive bullying from SAPD Helicopter Division personnel.
September 27, 2007 will mark six years of collaborated terroristic stalking using aircraft and ground sources all initiated and maintained by SAPD using the excuse of a contrived 'terror suspect watch'. But this is not a 'watch'. This is about attempted extortion through violence and threats of violence. This is about isolating, discrediting, harming and attempting to murder a witness to EMS and law enforcement personnel threats of violence, violence,and attempted extortion.
This is about an issuance of 'anything goes' - no accountability and encouragement of harmful activities directed at the target victim by local law enforcement.
This is about YouTube accomplishing within two months what those in power contacted locally, at the state, and national level could or would not do.
This is about exposing publicly and nationally the terroristic gang stalking abuse of targeted victims initiated and directed by law enforcement for retaliation and personal gain.
This is about identifying and holding accountable for all damages those involved in the terroristic law enforcement endorsed gang stalking of victims targeted in retaliation for reporting threats/violence and the stalkers' personal sadistic pleasure.
Thanks to YouTube, the horrific and nightmarish situation involving abusive and stalking aircraft has significantly been worked on.
At home, on weekends, the result is almost a return to normal, to before Sept 27, 2001, when aircraft overhead were rarely, if ever, noticed.
At home, weekdays, there are still senseless, endangering, deliberate migraine triggering flights overhead from large military planes but substantially fewer. But I've been so sensitized from the years of deliberate migraine triggering sound effects from the reckless high volume of large military planes on a deliberate flight path above my home, that it only takes one of those planes to trigger a migraine. That there are substantially fewer of those planes deliberately creating severely abusive and migraine triggering sound effects means the migraine is not sustained indefinitely. No planes = No migraines.
The medium size planes with their deliberate severely abusive shrill sounds are gone.
The deliberate 'home exploding' sound effects and concussion shock from fighter jets overhead has been stopped.
At home, the shocking number of abusive flyovers from small planes has substantially decreased to a few that need to be identified and held accountable for their malicious activities.
At home, the very frightening SAPD Helicopters engaged in very public terrorism inciting and encouraging violence towards me temporarily stopped BUT resumed today, September 6, 2007.
At home, the stalking activities from non-SAPD helicopters have significantly decreased but the occupants in the helicopters still involved must be identified and held accountable for Stalking.
Away from home, the 'anything goes' policy is still in effect. While driving, I keep expecting a traffic accident from driver(s) reacting to: the abusive stalking helicopters overhead, the deliberate and obvious and often reckless driving by law enforcement intercepting vehicles, and the personal intercepting vehicles in use easily identified by their EMS/Military decals. They need to remove the GPS they installed without my knowledge and permission on my vehicle. Several years ago, they proved they can easily open my locked vehicle at will when they glued a snakeskin to the dashboard of my locked vehicle parked in my driveway.
