Pakistan as always plays a double game one side it tries to help US in fighting terror by catching low level al-queda terrorist & other side it is trying to help al-queda by sheltering all high level terrorist like OBL etc.Pak main aim is to get as much $'s/military aid to Pak so it can use against India when time comes,that is the strategy thy use,pak does not want any dvlpmnt in Afganistan.ISI will do whatever it takes to stop INDIA to have any say in Afghanistan.Afg is going to BOOT pak soon.
