This amp is super old but still play oh so sweeeet!!!! I was going to repaint chassis but I love the natural aged look...This amp would be perfect for the Harmonica/harp player and it still sounds good for guitars. There is a 1/4" inch jack for the speaker output in in 4ohms or 8ohms on the rear panel, also a 1/4" inch input jack for your instrument on the front panel.
In this video I am using an American Fender Strat with Tesas Special pickups. The tube compliment are as follows: 2-6L6G's, 2-6SF5's, 1-5y3/5y4, 1-6SN7gt & 1-6sc7. Lots of Tubes!!!
Its all about Bogen Quality! Enjoy!!!
6SF5 is a really sweet tube! lots of gain and nice break-up, but kinda hard to find. Antique Electronic Supply had 14 of them in stock and I bought all of them in 06. I've got a Challenger CH-18 circa 1940's PA head. I modded the pre-amp for a bit more gain and it rocks for guitar, harp, and it even drives a Leslie cab nicely too! 6V6 output stage makes around 20-25w, so the neighbors stay cool as well. God bless orphan yard sale "Obsolete Electro-Junk" TUBES RULE FOREVER!!!!!

I have got an old Bogen speakers circa 1940s-50s. I have no idea the model there is not plate or numbers or anything. Just says Bogen. Not even Bogen can help me, I have talked to the company about them and no one seems to know what they are. It pisses me off, but I want that amplifier.
