An easier variation to hanging leg raise, the Hanging Knee Raise still delivers an incredible workout to the lower abdominal muscles while indirectly working out the shoulders and triceps which are required to support your body. Simply suspend yourself from the top notch on the JACKRACK and slowly crunch your knees to your upper chest then slowing lower them back down.
