Kurfurstendamm - Berlin, Germany

When driving back from Wannsee, we drove through Kurfurstendamm, which is the main road in Berlin. It is where all the high fashioned shops are such as Dolce & Gabana, Polo, Rolex etc.

Three days a week, the road is closed off to cars to allow one of the biggest open air markets to take place. I'd recommend taking a trip to the market as there are so many things to chose from. It's a lot of fun with music and dancing.

A top tip is to go to a lovely man-made seaside resort of Wannesee. It's just outside the city, but is a world apart from Berlin. Check out one of my videos of this place and you'll see what I mean! Enjoy yourself!

@craiglsimons No it is NOT 'wolrd apart' from Berlin. It is approx. 45min by bike from the centre of 'western' part of Berlin and it IS within the CITY border, not 'outside'. Wannsee IS IN the CITY of Berlin. Not outside. Just FYI ;)
