  • Honestly the only improvement (if we can afford to call it an improvement) that I found is that they corrected that annoying inventory positing reset when you unloaded a gun, something that no mod for ShoC ever corrected, but even with that, inventory management in CS and CoP is still a mess.

  • I consider Clear Sky as the black sheep of the series, specially because it reeks with rehashement (dunno if that word even exists :-P), it was clear that GSC needed more money and had not a best idea than rehashing ShoC maps, and add some new, but half-assed, stuff. ShoC was great as it was and while Call of Pripyat is better than CS, in fact it's to some extent what CS was supposed to be, at least on the gameplay, but still is not that great.

  • Try, just giving them an idea is what counts, I mean they might be willing, but just have no idea how to make it better....

  • No. I always assumed no one would take me seriously.

  • So weapons should have they´re own Draw and put away time.

    So if you just take out a weapon, its lets say 1 sec. But to put away like a rifle, it would take 2-3 sec?

    ...........If you think about it there is Lots of thinks that could be made more realistic this way....and other touch-ups to the game....

  • Ah, see, now we're getting somewhere. That's what I always wished they would do. There should be a slight -- SLIGHT -- delay when switching weapons. But it shouldn't be something artificial or overly stylized like pistol twirling or unnecessary weapon cocking. Flipping the safety off = g0od (unless it's a SIG/Sauer or GLOCK which have internalized safeties). Perhaps a sound effect for drawing a pistol out of a holster.

  • I mean if you would want it to be realistic, then Remove the twirl, and add a delay since taking stuff out so fast is unreal.

    And we still get what we have now....no?
