From their apartment, Dawn Vignola and her roommate Hugh Tim Timmerman saw American Flight 77 hit the Pentagon, September 11, 2001. Shortly afterward, they gave witness accounts to local and national TV media. In 2007, they were interviewed by Citizen Investigation Team (CIT), who attempted to discredit their testimony. I interviewed Dawn and her husband, Dan Ferrigno, January 5, 2010 at that same apartment and found them credible; they talked openly with me, their accounts have not changed since they were first offered, and I saw for myself that Dawn and Tim could have easily seen what they claimed to have seen.

Dawn Vignolas Account vs. CITs Methods by Erik Larson

Erik's video makes objects seem much farther away than they are. It is not intentional but a product of translating his video to an online format. There were landmarks to see the path, notably, passing in front of the Sheraton hotel. That is not relevant to her testimony and she makes no statement regarding N/S of CITGO. The relevance is the extensive time they viewed the plane, their years of experience at that vantage point, and that Tim is very knowledgeable about aircraft.

@MrTrollbasher I think the point is that they saw the plane hit the building, not what flight path it took.

How does her testimony contradict the NOC flightpath from this perspective??
She couldn't SEE any landmarks to ascertain which path it flew.
You believe that this window view fro 1 km away overrides people who were under the damn plane??
Pathetic.
