Stuck On you; A Jick/Joick Story (Chapter 15) (Marathon; 4/8)

Nicks POV

I had a knife in front of my neck.. And someone was behind me whispering in my ear.

?? - *Whispering* Stay quiet or else.

He pulled me to the window , and told me to climb out, So I did.. I dont know why but I just didnt want to die at this moment. So I looked back as the guy climbed out too and he told me to jump off of the place I was standing which was really high or else he would push me. I quickly jumped and landed on my stomach. God, did that hurt?! I looked at the masked guy, I kind of recognized his body.. His height. I think, I know who it is! He pushed me into the backseat of his car and he got in the drivers seat, He backed out the driveway and drove away down the street quickly. I started to ask why he was doing this but I was too scared. I know I sound like a chicken but the guy, has a knife! He started to talk, He didnt whisper.

??- NOW! If anyone comes to look for you and they find you.. You better not speak of any of this! GOT IT?

Thats it.. I recognized his voice.

Nick-Wait! You.. Your.. The guy! Cody!!! Why are you doing this to me?!

Joes POV

I started to get more and more worried. I ran downstairs and stood in the front yard and looked up at the bedroom window.. It was open!! I started to walk back inside but I tripped over something, I couldnt see anything. I ran my hands across the grass and felt something. I picked it up and ran inside, I looked at what I had in my hands and I seen.. Nicks cell phone! Uh oh.. Im even more worried now. If nick wanted to leave he would have used the front door. Not his window. I sat Nicks phone on the kitchen counter. Nick left, thats exactly what he did, I dont know if I should go find him or stay here just in case he comes back. Or.. I dont know, This is all so confusing & hard. I know he hates me, I know he does. I started to cry.. I was so worried about Nick and so afraid this would be the end of us. I wiped away my tears but they kept flowing down my cheeks. I took a deep breath. I couldnt call Mom & Dad or Kevin. They think were at college in separate states. I hate this! I hate myself! I hate life without Nick! I slowly sat on the couch, Thinking About it all and I put my face in my hands, still crying- it was non-stop tears.
