I reckon i've worked out why cliff looks so awkward on the skates , and why he appears to have such a lack of co-ordination. he was litening to a different tune to the others on his walkman!

cliff originally wanted to do this video dressed in a white boiler suit, black 18 hole dr martins and a cricket box whilst wielding a walking cane in a menacing manner , surrounded by three other guys in similar attire behaving in a subversive and menacing way. unfortunately stanley kubrick had already used that idea in a clockwork orange so cliff had to go with nigel the director's version.

Cliff Fact 437: Cliff Richard was, until the late 80's, played by popular WWF wrestler Hulk 'Hulk Hogan' Hogan, until his professional wrestling commitments forced him to relinquish the role. Nowadays, Cliff is played by a number of different TV personalities, the most notable of those being David 'Talk To Frank' Mitchell, from the famous Mitchell family made famous in British soap opera 'Eastenders'
