I've heard a lot of covers of this song, and this one doesn't cut it with me.  The background vocals are a bit over done. I like the Teddy Bears version best. I'll give Peter and Gordon the nod for 2nd best. Thanks for the post though, it's always interesting to hear a "new" version.
