If that guy is 11 years of age, then he is the most physically mature (male) 11-year-old human being that I have ever seen in my life.
He looks powerful enough to lift 100 kilograms in the 'clean and jerk'; that would be a truly astonishing feat of strength for a boy under 12 years of age!
That said, it is my guess that the youth in the video is at least 18 months older than he purports to be (i.e. 13 years of age - not 11 and a half). I may be mistaken, though.
