    The Bible also claims that women are inferior to men (Ephesians) and not allowed to speak in church (1 Corinthians). Go back to the Old Testament, and slavery is tolerable, but working on the Sabbath is to be punished with death. It's one thing to believe in God, but taking the Bible at face value is ridiculous.
