I got a little sidetracked over the weekend while I was color correcting and editing down all my photos from Tuscany. I decided to try and teach myself the iMovie software and it slowed me down a bit. Today I put together this "snapshot" of one of our excursions to a cheese making factory in San Gimignano. Cacio Pecorino S. Gimignano is known for their plain, black pepper and red chile flecked Pecorino as well as their amazingly fresh Ricotta cheeses. The factory was beautifully clean with a little shop on the side where you could purchase all their fantastic cheeses plus additional locally made products. It wasn't in the most picturesque of areas, a small industrial park to be exact - but it certainly was the real thing!
Buon Appetito!
