If you turn the audo, and your speakers, up on high, the vibrations from the sound can be felt on your desk or table. meaning her heartbeat is so loud and strong, you can, in a way, feel its vibrations. Just as a deaf person would do so.

A deaf person might not be able to hear your heart beating, but they can certainly feel it. Even see it if your heartbeat is visible at times!
