Can you work on all of those action with your treadmill?
Working on all of the following in 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Step over, foot strike, active foot strike, arm and hand actions, staying on the ball of the foot, posture, lean, foot recovery, plantar flex foot, dorsi flex toes, hip oscillation, ankling, .
POSE and CHI people take notice. Great way to practice your art form.

  • Adarian do the movements you doing here in order to get the belt moving from stationary position transfer to track? I mean it looks basically the same as normal propulsion on the ground instead of the ground moving we are (ok, relatively speaking the ground is moving away from us)

  • @bossofalltime Well the biggest issue is that if you dont engage your hips to move horizontally, you wont move the belt no matter how hard you try. So more than anything else it teaches correct hip movement.

  • @tttjump Thanks for the response - I have tried this on a treadmill and agree with what you're saying. I think doing this barefoot or with minimalist footwear could be huge for improving sprinting and all running for that matter.

  • @bossofalltime Have you seen the barefoot version? The barefoot version helps people to understand friction and ball of foot contact time.

  • I have 9 treadmills in all.

  • Love the workout ideas. I was wondering if you are still selling the sled and possibly a manual treadmill.

  • sick workout man

  • That's pretty cool.

  • That is very cool. How many treadmills do you have there? Just curious.
