Lexus is quite , luxury,reliability , technology and sporty , no car of this world can have a life 20 years or more unlike Lexus ! . Mercedes and BMW is only prestige ..... But no realiability ..... U buy a bm or merc just to have a technical failure after a year or two? C'mon people face it .Each spare part costs heavily on it pocket . VW nd lex r good cars ..please don't compare the looks of a car ... Everyone is different .

bull! BMW is the most powerful, and i get 32 mpg city! This car does have a backup cam and at the end of the day, are we driving a car or a computer? I have driven all these cars and the functionality of the BMW, even the Merc are great!!

BMW has a better interior and exterior look. VW looks like garbage. MY aunt has an '09 ML it's a little simplistic, but beats VW and Lexus by a long shot. I never looked at a lexus really, but that 2010 model is DISGUSTING.

I swear it seems as if MT has beef against BMW..
The X5 here is criticized as being too simple, not enough 'high tech.' Yet the new 7 series is loaded with technology, but was reviewed badly as being overly complicated. Seems like BMW can't win.
I will say that the new 2010 X5 35D's i-Drive system is great and a huge improvement over the one it replaces.
