Best Resistance Band Full Body Workout: I will be demonstrating a full body routine in this video. There are 3 rounds with 3 exercises per round. I recommend doing each round 2-3 sets, with 12-15 reps.

  • thnx. i don't think 6:10 workout is very effective better fasten the band to something stable and make a triangle with it then do the same motion
