catholics have Jesus on the cross because the miracle of our salvation through him happened at his DEATH not resurection. of course catholics believe he rose though catholics could say protestants dont believe Jesus was cruxified if they intrepit it like you. calm down its just a symbol

Wasn't that a "Resurrected Lord" cross behind the altar? Every chuch is suppose to have a "Crucufied Jesus" on the cross. This is suppose to be a "Catholic" Not "Protestant" church. We are to always contemplate His sufferings on the cross, it is a reminder of what our Lord did for love of us. And the modernists wish to diminish this, so they can become "unionized with Protestants. People, speak up!
