Big fan haha and yes you're right. I love messing around in Open C! And the 11 string thing actually came coincidentally... One day my higher G string broke. I then found out John didn't have it either, so I never replaced it =P Got used to it ever since. It's a string that I constantly go back to so its nice to have one string instead of 2, ALSO theyre actually the exact same pitch so really no point in having two there.
