Think I know why so many P-40's (rc ) are 2 blade , hard to find 3 bladed spinner to fit other than alum .

you treated your p40 warhawk like a dog leashed under the tree.You should use a couple of dowels or stakes stuck on the ground in front of leading edge of the wing.If brand new engine,you should have ran it richer fuel(not lean) to break in either full throttle or idling!!!!

Why didn't you just use an engine stand for break in? Instead of tying your plane to a tree. Not trying to be critical. I've just never seen that done before.

I love that it's tied to the tree for the break-in! Makes it seem like a wild dog, ready to kill, lol.
