Halo 3 cowbell skull with gravity lift

Some people seemed to be having problems getting this skull with the gravity lift.
It IS a little tricky and will require some tries but it's possible like you see here.
You can get the lifts in the building near where you destroy the scarab (Ark level) Then go up the ramp to enter the large struture and continue the level until you reach the zone in this vid (a ramp going down, you'll recognize it)

i did this on normal and the skull wasnt there so i tried on heroic and still nothing, and when i tried on legendary it still wasnt there, anyone know whats goin on?

@ArrogantBastardX do yu even work with bungie because i've gotten this skull twice by using a gravity lift and it works i'm about to get for a third time
