Weatherman radar gets jammed by chemtrails-Military testing

1/23/08 Tampa Bay area weatherman explains Military/Government radar jamm(chaff), when his radar gets jammed by military chemtrails. This is one of many experiments are being conducted in our skies. Sorry for the picture quality.

Chaff does not equal chem trail. There's nothing secret about chaff.

Chaff can be dispersed in clear air and not be visible from the ground.

Which is something I wonder. Contrails only form under specific conditions. If "they" wanted to spray chemicals without you seeing it, that would be quite easy.

A good start for chemtrails investigation is to watch the documentary "what on earth are they spraying"... Mostly Aluminium, Strontium and Barium.

@zidumare Naaa I reckon they would have simply been better off actually spraying the chemicals from the wings in liquid form so they remained invisible,that way they actually would have dropped down where they were supposed to(immigrants and poor people) instead of blowing across the sky into where my kids play.. but hey thats just me. I might have to bring it up at my next shill meeting in our brainstorming session!

@riceburnagtv the best way to hide anything, is to leave the information out in the open. cause then its not perceived as "hiding it" to the average small minded individuals, who trust and believe popular opinion, which has been proven to be wrong in all subjects ever written about.

I am very sick from fibers and DE torture . . . so I have not been able to do much with Exoticwarfare lately. Air Force degradable, radar chaff patent -- BUT it can also be augmented to replicate & lay down optic cables in the body & create apatite crystals in the collagen layer under the skin. According to Robert O. Becker, author of the The Body Electric, collagen & apatite in the bones create a P N junction (transistor -- amplify signals). Also, could be bio-warfare/share this.
