there was all sorts of guys in orange jumpsuits doing yardwork just a 100 feet from me. Looking back that was prolly a dumb idea considering I could have been taken hostage had I been any closer to them. And they might think escape is a hop skip away. This was around 1988.

I rode my mountain bike along the American River, across the Folsom Dam and right into the Folsom prison. I don't know why I did, maybe just because the opportunity was there, the gate was open, and nobody was at the post. I made it into a circular area for busses when a man with a M16 ordered me to get the FUCK DOWN! I told them my story and they yelled, "BULLSHIT!" in my face. I was just a kid back then, he said never to come back, and I agree'd. My friend is in Folsom, poor fuchead...
