This was an incredible race, a hare and hound, my favorite style. I ran 3 of the 4 loops for District 37 AMA points, 80 miles total, and despite a few laydowns and a big ass crash in some whoops, I did manage to finish.

Final top 5 pros in the race were:

...who all no doubt went much faster than I did. :P

this was the 100s MC race last year right?

Quick Question.... how much harder do you find the nationals then the other hare and hounds/desert scrambles? How did you know you were ready to do a national? I just got moved up to HWT novice and want to do as many races as I can.

@kevin415mx @kevin415mx ya this is 100s. i think the 1st loop of nationals is like the 2nd loop of the other races. but it's kind of a toss up. i did jackrabbits black loop a few weeks ago and it was pretty gnarly. as far as being ready, i think if you aren't ready you'll know pretty quick when you're in the race and then probably end up focusing more on surviving, which is OK. i learn fast in survival mode. :D

What's your damper set at? High speed and low speed?
