They should first follow the constitution and declare an act of war thru Congress, revoke the administrations ability to declare war without going to the American people; second, assuming the vote is to stay in Afghanistan, the Federal politicians should all be put into military gear and required to lead the troops...this will bring some hesitation i'm sure
