It is a good vid, although the rules he's stating aren't the only rules. 8ball rules are different depending on location, in most of the US they play it his way, with 'ball in hand' and the need to call each shot. in Europe you don't have to call every shot (only the 8ball) and there's no ball in hand. either the coming player gets 2 shots or no penalty at all
