  • now that was good info!

    to many of us like the man in the first few shots in the segment will handle raw meat with the same tool they will pull it off the grill without washing them in between.

    165* is what NY health recomends poultry and ground beef to be cooked safely.

    food to be consumed as is, should be handled with clean hands and or gloves and cooked food needs to be stored above raw foods in our home refrigerators to prevent cross contamination.
