Wiffle session in June.
Finally found a favorable arm slot for the slider, a pitch I can throw for strikes. I little work on release point will make it excellent. The pitch rises, slides, or sometimes both. I throw it from a low three quarters slot, which allows more speed and more predictable (at least for me,) movement.
Also threw a few drops and submarine style screwballs. A little release point work and I am all set.
Probably need a changeup, then the repetoire is set.

forget about velocity for now my dude. u look like ur throwin harder than u can handle and thats why u hav truble hittin the zone. focus on accuracy and velocity will come.

this was an awful session hes better than this.

dude just a tip u really can't throw wiffle balls when it is windy out just saying beacuse i saw a couple hit the grass well short of the zone

Hahaha... I dunno... maybe from someone who can throw better than myself. I just decided to do it on one pitch and it actually worked nicely. I might try it more if more release point gets more consistent.
