I have to tell you, I'm a professional actor, and this voice acting--in fact, most all the voice acting through StarCon 2--is actually very good, given its function in this plot and the genre of the game.

Have you ever played a Sierra CD game? OMG, the voice acting is truly painful. These guys do all the right things. Even the Mycon actor does all the right things. Really, it's quite good.

Hey brah, don't be dissing Sierra. The narrators for Space Quest 4/6 and Quest for Glory 4 are absolutely legendary. Really, I can't remember the voice acting ever being bad for Sierra games. Maybe King's Quest games at times? But they're at least equal to or better than Star Control 2 (which is pretty decent in its own right).

@unity100 Sawy what oyu will abotu some of the goofier voice acting, the Ur Quan Voice acting was outright CHILLING. Scared the shit out of me so much that after the first encounter with the drone with the Kzer-Za I actualy followed their orders and had my ship stand there for about a year before I realized I wasn't actually supposed to do that, and reloaded lol.

never, EVER play sc2 with voice acting on !!! it kills so much of the atmosphere !!!

@jwiversen kings quest 6 was horrible, but 7 was alright. As voice acting for GAMES goes, this is indeed stellar. It's rare to have good voice acting in games. I think some of the best was in The Shivah.
