Dear nicole culver, do you know a source of information about the surface requirements of a glass insulator?
I am wondering if there are some surface properties that manufacturers would like to improve. there is surprisingly little information about the subject of "ideal surface properties of glass insulators"
I will appreciate your help thanks.

My collection of glass insulators, I can proudly say, amounts to a total of 1000, with colors ranging from aqua, purple and blue. And I'm only 18. The old telegraph lines on the tracks are like a treasure chest to me, and throughout the years, it sadens me deeply to see many of those old line to be torn out.

wow nice colection my colection has many commons but i do have some stars,suspensions,a micky (love those),whell some others i well soon be posting a video of my colection
i like how the insulators on the floor dont stop and start after the stacker they just keep going

The best green Chicago CD135 I have seen is at the Merrit Insulator Ranch in BC Canada, but there is one that is very green in the collection and it was very hard to get. Thanks for watching the video.
