Members of the Catholic Worker community hold a prayer vigil and Litany of Resistance at the Hamilton International Air Show, June 2000. All are arrested and charged criminally. "What was the mischief, officer? the praying? the singing?"

  • PAX-GO TO HELL TROOP HATER!!!!

  • They've got you with phrases.

  • This war was never against the general people. This war is against those terrorists who are attacking us. Any Nation any organization that helps them, need to be brought down. If you protest this war, then you are supporting our enemies that are trying to kill us, so you are committing murder.

  • If you used real subjects instead of pronouns it would be apparent how unconvincing this sounds. You're being irrational. The whole country is not a terrorist organization, and you are NOT justified to invade it!

  • The Point is, these people attacked us first, they are plotting to attack us agian. We are just trying to make sure they don't succeed. What is wrong with that?

  • An army invades. 20 people don't invade, they terrorize. You don't fight 20 people with an army overseas in an oil rich country.

  • It was caused by people who invaded our land.

  • I do remember 11. 09. What about it?

  • remember 9-11.

  • Nobody is invading you, nobody ever did set foot on your soil. You're the one who initiate wars elsewhere. Do you honestly believe you can fight terrorism by invading a country (now that nuclear warheads went missing)? See on Wikipedia when a war is a "just [as in justice] war". Anything else we protest. We protest against killings and we protest against war.
