British Sea Power joined by The London Bulgarian Choir perform the last two tracks of their first set at the Open Air Theatre in Regents Park, London. The first track in this footage is "Waving Flags" followed by the magnificent "The Great Skua".

"Waving Flags" and "The Great Skua" can be found on their Mercury Music Prize nominated album "Do You Like Rock Music?" and six members of the London Bulgarian Choir sang with British Sea Power on "Waving Flags" at the award ceremony hosted by Jools Holland.

  • Wow - what agreat version of Skua. Is that recorded stright from the camera? It's shame that you cannot split them up.

    Cheers for this.

  • I can split them up if you like! It is from my camera where I was sitting with the sound engineer. PM me and I can point you to the original files that live a server at my workplace...

  • Hi Deputise! See my finale "All In It" for Ursine Ultra's torch, loo roll and foliage skills but my silly cameraman decided to pan round the audience as the brave hero made his final assault on the pole. I've sent the cameraman out of the room as punishment. He says he may be some time.

  • Thanks again for uploading. I have just listened again, on headphones, and it's magnificent. Looking forward to seeing BSP in Kentish Town next Sunday. I did manage to sneak up to Birmingham to catch them a couple of weeks ago, so I know how good it will be.

  • Thanks for posting this souvenir of a really great show on Sunday night.

Did you by any chance capture any footage that demonstrates the band's pole climbing prowess?
