Stayed at the Sawasdee Sea View a couple of times when I was there. Had no complaints..except the breakfast was not as good as I thought it could be.

yeah ,know this road well. the restaurant across the road had good cheap food, but sadly its not there now!. but songkran is a shit time to go pattaya. its only 3days anywhere else. its a pain in the ass.
