[story summary]
For apology, a powerful nation asked a country to put their princess to death to prevent war.

In the beginning of the story, the princess of the country had decided to sacrifice herself to save her country. She summoned the knight, one of her well-known friend in childhood, asked the knight to accept the fact that she'll die for the people and country.

The knight promised to obey princess's order at first, but after some struggles, he made up his mind to save the princess, even if he would become a betrayer and would break the most important thing which made him as a knight -- the chivalry.

Some violent fights against his former partners began. As a skilled and experienced warrior, although he survived after the last fight and met the princess, he was seriously injured. He lost his right arm and left eye in the fight.

When he met the princess, again she asked him didn't rescue her to save their people. Finally the princess changed her mind, followed the wounded knight and left the country(after the knight's real voice singing part. In the lyrics, the knight told the princess his true heart. "I've sworn that I will never leave you and will protect you all my life.").

Because the country didn't execute their princess, the powerful nation was so angry and made war on the country. Soon the country fell.

In the end of the story, no one knew where the princess and the knight went.
