This is the ending of episode 'Commencement' from The West Wing season 4. Song is 'Angel' from Massive Attack. Watch this whole episode!!!. The build up to and the finale with this song (8 minutes of Angel) is hands down simply the best 40 minutes TV ever. Only to be eclipsed by 'Brothers in Arms' Dire Straits (ending season 2) and 'Halleluya' Jeff Buckley (killing of Simon Donovan).
YES. i'm a big fan of The West Wing. Best TV show ever. Great acting, storyline and even greater use of music.
