Oh dear god, was this mission a pain to plan. I basically had to plan out this route from scratch, as I couldn't find anything online.
The smoke grenade keeps the guard in front of the turret gun in place, while the first shot I take with the Mk 22 is deliberately not a headshot. That way, the guard in the turret will step back, and when he eventually faints, he'll fall off the tower, saving about four seconds of climbing it. I take my time on the headshot on the last guard, because I need to wait for the third guard to finish his surrendering animation anyway.
