  • Why not use ABS cement? You can find it in the plumbing section at lowes for 2 or 3 bucks. Thats what I used on mine since thats what the fairing is made out of and just use spot puddy for touch up spots. Also Just find a cheap soldering iron and melt the plastic back together from behind the fairing.

  • @ChrisPetrey87 I tried ABS cement at first, but it wasn't strong enough.

  • what type of body filler did you use?? I have a bike that someone had straped in the back of a truck very wrong. lol.... the straps were rubbing against the fairing and basically cut in to the plastic. Just under the mirror and just behind the back foot peg. The one by the mirror is fairly deep because its right on the edge (sharp part) of the fairing. and the back one is just through the paint and into the plastic just enough to make it noticeable if i just thru some paint over it.

  • @whiteout438 Bondo. Should be readily available at any automotive shop.

  • Hey nice vid i was hoping you could give me some advice. My girlfriend just backed up into my ninja 250 and there are some very small cracks under the mirror. at the back of the front faring is the best way to describe it. they are not very noticable but knowing they are there makes me want to fix it haha so what would you reccomend? I can send you a pic if you want.
