I know it's been two years since you made this vid Annmarie, BUT I wonder about the friend who gave you the knife: Are you still friends? Coz apparently, if you give someone a knife as a gift, and you cut the ties between you. When you give someone a knife, the other one has to buy it, give metal in return or something. Just wondering about that as I saw this! ;-)

looks like a good recipe! does the nutritional yeast tend to give people headaches though? i have a problem with msg in foods and i read that nutritional yeast contains msg

Annmarie, is there a way to dehydrate the kale without a dehydrator? I don't own one yet. I think I could like these better than potato chips! :)

I have seen "kale chips" in the store and they are SO EXPENSIVE. I was hoping I'd find a recipe on youtube...thanks!

These chips were evil, evil, evil. I could not fit them all into my mouth at once; therefore I could not eat them fast enough. I kept pinching my self to see if I was in the yummy dimension.

Thanks a lot for posting this, I finally bought some kale and made this and it was incredible. I used to make raw chocolate for friends who wanted to try something raw, but I think that I will be giving them kale chips now instead. Seriously, kale chips are amazing.
