I'm not sure I understand both of your questions, but I'll give it a shot. The decals were water-slide and were included with the kit from EPF. The drive sets were purchased from RC-warbirds and are the 3Ws with 70mm fans.

No, it was a kit. They were sold as either EPF or Airpower F-14s. Nice quality, although the foam does take some prep work to get a nice finish. I'm actually building one of the shumate SU-37s right now that will have the same EDF system. She will replace the f14, which I did eventually dig in.

I picked it up from the ejf website. I'm not sure if they are made any more.
