Senator Chuck Grassley continues his educational series on how a bill becomes a law by highlighting the ammendment process. This is the third part of the series.
I was very interested and excited about this series, but it was organized so poorly that it became impossible to follow after the second week (when the Sen. was cutoff mid-sentence). After that, installments were no longer labeled according to the number in the series. It all became a massive waste of time and effort once the sequence was no longer decipherable.
I thank you for these informative video, Senator Grassley. But, I have to ask, for all American people, that are absolutely disgusted with the way things are going. Does any of this really matter, when NO ONE in Congress even reads the bill? And what kind of debate can be done, when no one in Congress knows what is even in it?We the people are really fed up,and are looking for our James Stewarts' Mr. Smith.I only see one giving a voice for the people, Rep.Boehner. I want ALL to stand up for us.
