Tai Chi and Chi Kung (Qigong) Warm-Ups practiced before doing Tai Chi forms. Performed by Greg Illich as taught to him by Master George Ling Hu.
1. Extension Exercise, forward and to the sides.
2. Chi Kung warm up for stretching the back, includes white ape donates the fruit.
3. Comb the Hair, and Taking Off the Helmet.
4. Side to Side Lateral Extension Exercise, including pulling the silk thread.
5. Move Hands like Floating Clouds (in place).
6. Roll Back, Ward Off drill (in place) Right and Left.
7. Brush Knee Twist Step Secret Yang Style, Right and Left.
8. Carry Tiger Back to the Mountain.
9. Chi Kung Circle, Kidney Chi, back stretching exercise (Right, Left & Simultaneous).
10. Chi Kung Hip Circle, includes Panning for Gold and Rolling Ball of Light.
11. Tai Chi Stepping Drill, includes Snake Creeps Down flexibility, lunge / Shoulder Stroke, Stepping Like a Cat, Bending Backwards, Separation Kick.
