It's the cheapest trick in the book: Blame your opponent for all our economic woes. Harry Reid, even if he is Senate Maj. Leader, is still just one man out of 100 in the Senate and one out of only 535 in the Congress. He's not a dictator, Sharron! Besides, the economy usually goes its own direction REGARDLESS of what American politicians do most of the time. Only extreme examples like near-zero percent interest rates can really fuck things up. Reid didn't cause Nevada's problems, bitch.

This ad is absurd. Reid is not the governor of Nevada, he is one of their two senators. How much impact does one senator have on the economy of the state they represent? If anything Reid has been too generous to Nevada's interests whilst in the senate.

Is it also John Ensign's fault that Nevada is in trouble?
