伝統陳式太極拳を中国、北京にて季力民老師の下で修行中・弾性を備えた体を作り上げる発勁練習は重要な基本鍛錬の一つです。
I've been practicing Chen Style tai chi under the grand master Li Li Min's instructions in Beijing China. To develop explosive body,it's one of the essential discipline.

  • two major problems for this guy,

1, the moment is not the whole body moment.

2, the explode of power is too early.

for a beginner, it is ok. but it is far from correct!

  • To Yentownbeer--You must be a Japanese friend. Your teacher's family name should be 李 (Li)。 Your Kanji typing is wrong.

  • 老趙,你都要死了,還學什麼六點半?

Search "Impact Vs Momentum", explained Glen Levy. Although the vid does not entirely explain what Fajing is, it does explain the concept well.

Fajing shouldn't be thought as something "external", like a boxer's punch, but rather it should be thought of having a relationship with the internal side of the body.

  • You obviously do not care to be taken seriously with a handle or name like

"bigfatdick5000", nothing personal, but, if a man wants to be respected, it would start with his name...as far as your question, true "fachin" is explosive and can cause an opponents origin's to explode causing death, it could explain the phenomena related to in history called Dimak, or death touch, just guessing...

"Fachin" could look powerful and and be "empty" or, really hurt someone, many learn, few master this...

Hi there, you seemed to be know alot on "Fajing", I have got a question I would like to ask you, in regards to the power generation within these "Fajings", what is the most ferocious part within it, is it the "shocks" generated by the tidal waves ? are these shocks generated by the release of body tidal wave tensions as powerful as let's say a boxer who throws a direct external punch on a person, who's more powerful ? I 'm just unsure about how powerful these Fajing's actually are.

  • 發勁時,身要定中,他的身體往後了,如被人一推便倒下了

  • @theimparables1

Okinawan exercises resemble them. Remember the4 original name tode, or china hand.

  • @WildWhiteDignity In Aikido, it's my kokyu that always talks to me ^^

  • 太钢了,都上头了。最后要放出去,这个都捏死了。劲都又回到自己身上了
