This is a live performance of drive, by bobby mcferrin, but the only version on you tube was out of synq and its a real shame and does not do the performance justice so i decided to re-synq it, only trouble is the the first bar of the music is missing sorry about that but now the video and music work perfectly enjoy :)

  • @ 2:11, he buzzes his lips at a frequency harmonizing with a mic on his throat right below his jaw to accentuate the tone of the growl bass he does simultaneously. Clear enough ^_^? The speed he changed from that deep growl bass to singing again at perfect pitch painted the walls behind me red. Jus sayin.

  • @joethemailguy DAME nature you awesome :D

  • I love hearing him do his song without overdubs. I really wish he would do one live recording of don't worry be happy cause I know he would do an amazing one man version. Still this is my favorite of his who can hate one man singing two notes at the same time.

  • @25crazymark it was about time mate... nice job you did there.. fuck pixels

  • @joethemailguy thats not growl bass. just sayin

  • Awesome!!

  • @joethemailguy

I'm with you, man. First time I saw him do this on SNL (late '80s or maybe 1990), it melted my face. Still does.

  • @elshikar

Makes sense. It's a good groove for just...living.

  • ''Если хотите увидеть Бога - купите билет на концерт Бобби МакФеррина''

  • Oh man, with the audio out of sync I always thought he was voice casting at 2:24. Oh well, it's still insane talent.

  • @joethemailguy An amazing technique used by brass players to create multi-phonics.
