  • @Jarrodmontelius Emm the video is called lose fat? Not lose fat and gain muscle? But still it is not advisable to do this if you want to gain muscle :D

  • You know the body will consume the proteins from the muscle. Just do diet and workout regularly.

  • This bloke is almost completely right, as long as you have a whey shake within about an hour of finishing your workout you'll be fine. The leaning process I go through during spring time has this & a few other tricks in it & 90 days is a healthy amount of time to lose the fat however crash dieting is bad for you & will eat your muscles away. I get down to 5% body fat doing what I do & I don't lose any muscle check my profile pic on here for the evidence. Anyone that wants I will email it to you

  • But theres a 30 min window after a work out to build and recover muscle, do you still recomend not eating 45 min after a work out, if your trying to lose fat and build muscle? Dont your body need carbo hydrate and protien for the amino acids in your blood right away since you depleted it all?

  • hi i'll sure check your blog. one urgent question that i have is that after workout i get it as bible rule to drink some protein.. in this case it would be something like whey with only water, the reason being muscle loss prevention. ?

  • So here's my situation, I eat in the morning usually oatmeal with berries and or a banana mixed in with L-Carnitine supplement. Then I wait a few hours and drink only water mixed with L-Glutamine supplement before my workout. Then I go do my workout by lifting weights followed by doing cardio on a recumbent bike for about 20 to 25 minutes. I'm just now learning about HIIT. Is this the most beneficial way to lose body fat percentage?
