looking back at all your vids, its amazing to watch the progress! like you I started on a honey bee king2 and can hover. unfortunately I burnt the motor and esc out already. no crashes yet though. I was wondering, how much money do you think you've spent getting to this stage. your a great pilot.

CF blades can handle some crashes without getting damaged.
Get rid of the HBK2 ASAP (small blades, poor quality, less stable). A good heli will hover without all the effort. You probably bought it because it was cheap like I did, but it will cost you if you don't move on sooner than later.
Even better, a 500 like the Protos. I bought the Lepton second hand, it had issues and I wasn't ready for that size heli, so I sold it. I think the Protos would be my next heli.

Thank you for the comment! Nice to know someone is watching. Good luck with your helis.
Ohhh... I have bought along the way HBK2, TrexV2, TrexV1, Lepton, Gaui 200, Beam and the Rave. All up I would guess AU$9000 now that is pretty sad! Many, many crashes. Right now I have a crashed rave, and electronics for a second heli (yet to buy the frame).
Don't know what stage you're at, but I would say get a quality heli (Trex Sport/Pro, Rave, Dragonus, Mini Titan) and cheap CF blades (hobbyking)
