its a golden eagle.
vultures do not have plumage on their heads, this is because they are scavenger birds. if they had feathers on their heads it would collect decomposing meat, which would spread baacteria, which would cause infections and other illnesses.

Lol i was at football practice and saw a hawk catch another bird in mid air about 30 feet above me. I swear its wingspan was like 5 feet!
