This is a song I wrote when I had a crush on my hubby...............
.....before we started dating.

It's funny to think about it now since we're together, but at the time I was sure he wasn't interested and decided it was time for me to move on.

I have to admit, we went on our first date before I had written the second half of the song, so it's all exaggerated and semi-fictitious. He's not a jerk and he didn't lead me on. Clearing that up for you ;).

This song is one of the tracks on our upcoming record, which I hope to release around Christmas of 2011 or early 2012 at the latest. Other songs on the upcoming album are "We Were Wrong", "What Are You Waiting For?", "The Old Folks Song", a new rendition of "Flowers On Monday" (the song Queen chose for the songwriting scholarship), and "Road".
