This a particularly ugly teddy bear, with a strangely malevolent expression.
And I don't see why anybody who can't handle drawing something so straightforward as a teddy bear would benefit from watching a video on how to. It's easy enough to get ahold of the image of a teddy bear if needed, from the internet, from a stencil, from a sticker or patch, or just ask someone who knows what they are doing to do it it will take them all of two minutes.
